<p>I actually don&#8217;t think I need all those knives anyway so can you please just list the knives that every cook should have in their kitchen?</p>
<p>Also who makes the nicest steak knives?  I&#8217;ve been looking for ones with wood handles but I can&#8217;t seem to find any as the ones I&#8217;m seeing are either metal or plastic.</p>
